INSPECTION & QUALITY

TapeMaster will provide an efficient, effective service that supplies accurate data for our customers. A temperature-controlled and well-equipped lab monitors the integrity of each component throughout all stages of the machining process. We have the ability to inspect to any 2D drawing with our certified Quality Lab and its CMM entity for structured reporting and data collections. We subscribe to AS9100D as a foundation for continual improvement through the evaluation and analysis of all processes.

TapeMaster Tool recognizes the importance of understanding Basic Size with the Lower Deviation and Upper Deviation fundamentals for the proper allowances to be agreed upon before a successful part can be manufactured. TapeMaster can achieve very tight tolerances (<.0002″), while always ensuring you have the quality CNC machined parts you need, on time.
